Your update bid amount does not work

I am getting quite angry. Twice now I have increased my max bid amount, then refreshed listing. I see the new bid amount on the screen. But, my previous amount is the amount that bid as the max. If I go in to look at my snipe it is not the new higher amount. I am now finding I have to delete the snipe and restart the whole process if I want to change my bid amount. I have lost out twice because of this! That makes me an angry customer odd bid slammer. Fix it!

Thank you for reporting this. As a temporary workaround, you can re-add the snipe using the Add Snipe box. You don't have to delete the snipe and add it again, you can just use Add Snipe with the new value.

Now as for the problem itself, do you have a moment to try another browser, to change a bid amount? This way, we can rule out any problem that is browser-specific. Then I can try to reproduce the problem on our side.
