I travel back to Portland on Alaska and enter snipes for 4 hours......
only to see that my snipes are not being activated over the past day or two. I have gone back in and entered these snipes the "old fashioned way'by not using the tool bar and they work.....so not I am "staying ahead
by re-entering my snipes the old fashioned way. What a pain plus all the snipes that were missed. Mark contacted you yesterday on his account with this problem and bidslammer "blew him off" stating that there was no problem........Well, there is a problem and all you have to do is look on the screen at the missed snipes where my snipe price is so much higher than the winning bid........they are obviously never activated

Thank you for your question about your snipes. The explanation, which you appear to have already rejected, is that you can clear your cache or wait for it to happen naturally. I agree we should have posted something, but on the other hand, we're making releases weekly.
I think because you have such high volume, you generally are guaranteed to notice any changes. The only solution I can think of is to post a message every time we update.
