Your System Failed to place a bid on my behalf, why? I had configured my snipe at $3.01, yet, someone else won with a bid of $2.27. What Happened? I thought I would try out your service but with results like this the first time out, I don't think I can trust your company.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. I think this was just a bad coincidence, as around the time of this snipe, our forum was being attacked by a robot. It was a one-time thing. I gave you an unlimited subscription for 1 month so you can re-evaluate.
