I paid for bids and it will only allow me to do the free ones. So - crap software. Also, it keeps asking me to set a password when I have set one! What the hell is going on? I had assumed that this sort of software had improved, but clearly it is still crap. I want either you to sort this immediately or give me my money back . I want to make an important purchase on eBay and this is wasting my time.
