The last several times I used bidslammer, I lost the items, I would have been better to just put my max bid on Ebay. I thought you guys had gone out of business, you hadn't answered any of my other queries,

Funny that you are looking for people to reup their subscriptions.

What gives?

From very enthusiastic to a non-believer, that is my association with bidslammer.

Any suggestions?

At the time you wrote, we had replaced our support system, but Google was still sending people to our old one. So unfortunately we never received your notes. We didn't realize the problem until many months afterward, so we posted a blog as an apology to our users at that time:

I also checked to see what we encountered when we placed your snipes. The last two times you used our service your eBay password was incorrect at the time we placed the bid. We always place snipes on time, but determining the error condition is much more difficult and occasionally requires us to investigate on a per snipe basis.
Sorry you were affected by these issues, but rest assured the service was working ok.
