Put six iPads into a single bid Group and set the limit and buy one. You're blinking application bought four. I complained through official channels, which apparently are the only way to speak with you. You ignored my complaint here it is the second time.

The database says that you ordered 5 wins, however, there is no hover action where you changed the number of wins to 5.

Presumably you contacted the buyers and arranged to withdraw, but this doesn't account for any inconvenience.

If you will accept a 3-year free service, it would give us a chance to make amends and hopefully convince you that this is not how we operate.

I HAVE 5 iPads! I do not trust your service. I note you say I correctly detailed the issue and you take responsibility. I note you have said nothing about FIXING the problem on your site. How do I know it will not happen again?
Right now, I am busy selling iPads on eBay.
You would need to convince me it cannot happen again. I believe if I contacted the sellers and canceled, I would become listed as a bad eBay-er.

You asked a fair question.
1. Yes, we did fix it. The problem was traced it to a bug in an April release and we did fix it shortly after you wrote in. In 25 years of operation this never happened.
2. We don't lie to customers. Competitors just blame eBay. We do not. We could say anything we wanted, but told you the truth.
That's why we hope you will stay, and we're asking for three years to prove it. If not, it is understood.
