You say Bid was placed. Bay has no record of my bid even though it was $2.50 higher than the winning bid.

I am unhappy that I did not win the item. I however am most unhappy that your tool is reporting a successful bid and charging me even though Ebay has no record of the bid ever being placed. If my bid had been placed the auction would have finished with either me winning or being outbid over $7.50.

This means that your eBay credentials are wrong. If that is not correct then we cannot snipe or determine the correct win status. You just need to update your information in Preferences.
