Hi, I am very disappointed that your system did not properly adjust to work in Daylight Savings Time. On Sunday 3/13/22 daylight savings time changed the clocks to be an hour forward but Bidslammer did not adjust for this and instead of placing my sniped bids you placed the bids I had set to be sniped an hour before the items were to end, and the person that I wanted to outbid by sniping was outbid and hour early an then bid back against me costing me $30+ This is not what I expect from a company that is supposed to place my bid seconds before the auction ends. - Larry

Thank you for your question about the bidding time. It appears the refresh got behind due to the number of refreshes in the queue, so it didn't update the time. We are making a change so this will not happen in the future. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
Unfortunately, you are correct. Because your bid was placed 5 seconds early, and the other person's was 3 seconds, it drove the cost up. Please let us know how we can make it up to you. We can give you a year free if you want. We would have to cancel the subscription and then add a year to the subscription end date.
