You did not bid for me again

You did not place my bid although I checked that you confirmed my snipe was accepted .
This is the 2nd time this has happened and I have not used bid slammer since as I have lost confidence with it.you looked into this before but never confirmed why it happened.
I have had confirmation that eBay updated my details with bid slammer so why was my bid not placed and can you prevent this happening again.

Sorry but I’m a little confused by your reply. You say you directed me to my existing ticket !
Not sure what that means exactly are you referring to my original complaint in March this year when the previous bid was not placed ?
Are you getting back to me regarding this current sane issue ?
My bidding works perfectly if I bid manually but not when I use Bid slammer now ?
Never had any issues before March and it worked perfectly and I like to get it working as before .
Would it be easier to cancel my account and re open a new one - would that sort the issue ?

Thank you for your question about your bid. We investigated what we encountered when we placed your snipe. More than one snipe was placed from different systems and each gave the same result.
Please go to My eBay and perform the phone verification step. eBay is increasing security steps for third-party offers, and that includes sniping unfortunately. This error isn't programmed into our software yet, which is why it didn't catch it. There are over 50 situations we have to check for, but new ones popup regularly.
