I don’t know what is going on, I have used BidSlammer for years and never encountered any thing like this.
You are showing that I won an item but there was never a bid placed by you on my behalf and I did not win!
This is the second time this has happened. I also can’t believe that you are charging me for this screw up!
This has never happened up until these 2 times please find out what the problem is?
And remove the .50 charge for your mistake.

I looked on your "Completed Snipes" page to see we placed your snipes, and I do see that we placed at least 2 snipes and received the same result for each one.

I checked our logs to see what condition we encountered when we placed your snipes. eBay did not accept your login credentials. Your password is just not secure enough for sniping.

For the last year eBay has been MUCH more strict on passwords that are placed from sniping services.
