I had several bids that were active earlier in the day, but by yesterday evening, they were not there anymore. What happened? I missed several buys. It was frustrating.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. Our ISP had a connectivity problem that affected the database. We thought we'd give their managed databases a try, but we're unhappy with the service and switching back to our old reliable setup. We regret any inconvenience this caused, but rest assured it won't happen again.
