I've followed all the "bulletproofing" tips and successfully used your service. For this item it told me I won but I didn't.
Isn't your service supposed to be reliable?
What happened?

Hello,
The icons denote that you put the items in a Bid Group, which by definition means we will shut off the other snipes as soon as you win one item in that group.
Thank you for taking the time to write in.

Brutal. The UI doesn’t portray that fact at all, even looking at it now you would think it’s going to bid on remaining items. The bid group could have a note on it letting you know what it’s forl. Furthermore it shouldn’t say that I won the item if it wasn’t even bid on.

I've added a bunch of items now. Some with a "bid group" some without. You literally can't tell them apart.
And when I try to add new bid groups the functionality seems extremely flakey. I've tried to add several items to the bid group test but the only bid group from the drop down I see is PC.

There is an icon (under the "My Completed Snipes" header) that indicates that the icon with a wink is a "win in group." There really isn't a lot of room in Grid View to put a lot of information, but in List View it does list the group name, which helps bring attention to the reason the bid was turned off.
As the result of your message, we are going to change the software to add a message under the Bid Group header that is a link to the help section. There used to be such a link in the old layout, but it didn't make it into the new layout. Thank you for the suggestion.

Our reply crossed with yours. See our response above.
We confirmed that the new group you added doesn't appear until you refresh the page. It's odd that no one ever reported this, but we will make sure to address that in our next release.
Thanks for the information! It is always very helpful to receive such feedback, and we do act on it. ;)
