Recently a message popped up that it's time to periodically update my ID. I checked it, submitted same old ID for BS and also for ebay. But ever since this update, when I attempt to log in to BS, "mulphi," my ID for ebay is already in the bidslammer ID box, so I can't enter bidslammer, until I delete "mulphi" and type in "pullman," which is still my correct bidslammer ID. What gives? This needs to be corrected before my next snipe, so the snipe will work. Terence Mulligan

Usually this means that the password you are trying to enter isn't correct. Are you certain you are entering it exactly the same as you are entering it on eBay?
