I was able to login and allow access to ebay but not able to jen log in to BidSlammer and it didn't know my email associated with my ebay. also, doesn't ever ask me to setup a bidslammer email.

Thank you for your message about logging in. Try going to the home page (logged-out) and clicking Signup. This is the same step we use to "Log in with eBay." It will re-authorize and give you another way to set a password.
