I have lost more auctions with this damn sniper......I just lost another one where my snipe was way more than the winning bid.....One more screw up like this and your program is history with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your question about this item. Please look at your Completed tab and hover your mouse over the error icon so you can see the error message.
You did not win that item---or the others you mentioned---because you did not meet the minimum bid increment. You can't win a $102.50 item with $104.00. You needed to bid $105.00.
eBay adds what is called a "minimum bid increment" to the current price. They do this to honor the traditional nature of auctions, which is for the auctioneer to raise the price after each bid.

Other than that single item, you did not lose any other snipes where you were the high bidder.
