Bidslammer logs me in and then every time I try to enter more than one snipe I get a red message saying I'm only allowed one snipe. I've tried logging in with ebay, changing my password, it seems to not recognize anything I do. I've only just renewd a couple of months ago so concerned it's doing this.

Thank you for your question about logging in. I think the login is okay -- the issue with the one snipe is that the system thinks your subscription expired on June 27. Possibly the notification from PayPal didn't get processed correctly.

I extended your subscription so that you can help me locate the transaction ID for your last payment, and then I will update it manually. I couldn't find a payment under your last name or email address.

Do you have the transaction ID handy for the PayPal payment? Or, could you tell me the email address you used?

That would explain it. I will have to get BS on my main email otherwise this will happen next year.

It's ok now. Manual error - when I gave the 2 days, I inadvertently overwrite the correct date I'd just changed!
