Thank you for your question about trying to charge by card. Here is the error message: "You previously attempted to charge this card. When the customer's bank declined that payment, it directed Stripe to block future attempts."
So, I think you have to call your bank. Even through we use a very reputable vendor (Stripe), some banks are still very picky about Internet companies.
Another way to pay by card is to "Pay by PayPal" and then choose the "pay without account" option they offer.
