I won a bid using your platform and on ebay in the bid history it recognized that I won the bid, (shows my username as the winner) but its showing up in ebay account as an item that I lost, so I am unable to purchase it.

Thank you for your question about a snipe showing as a win. We credited your account as you requested. We also updated the snipe to its correct status in your account.
This occurred because of an intentional fail-safe we have in place for a niche situation: Where your bid equals the starting price but came in after someone else's. eBay returns "Success" for some reason.
To avoid this, always make sure to bid competitively higher than the starting price.
