I won 6 auctions but your system says I lost, this has happened several times now.

Thank you for your question about the status of these items. Their status is correct now. This occurred because our system thought you did not meet the minimum bid increment, when you were the first bidder.
You can avoid this error by increasing your bid to 25 cents over the start price.
