I put in several snips in the group laptop. I won a bid and assumed that all other open bids in that group would be canceled but they weren't. Something went wrong on your end - you say I only won one bid when eBay clearly shows I won 2. Happy I won the first bid but not the second. Please refund my purchase price and I will send you the 2nd laptop.

Thank you for your question about group bids. We are showing that you have 3 bids, but none of them were in a group. Every time a group is created, it generates an "id," but there isn't one for your account.
In our experience, the seller will seller will sell to the next-highest bidder if there is a reasonable explanation, e.g., a link to this thread.
