Thank you so much, because of your help with this, I managed to speak to the ebay live support team and they transferred me to the expert team on this issue and they have now lifted all the limits and restrictions. However the only issue left is that I still have 2 wins on the bidslammer account that I never won on eBay. Would you be so kind credit these 2 snipes to my account as well. I am planning to actually use them in a couple of hours
