Hi, I seem to be having the same issues with winning snipes that aren't being recognised. It shows on completed snipes that I have won, but they haven't gone through. I have looked into bullet proofing my account and it looks to be ok.

Thank you for your question about an item that you did not win. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your bids. We placed the same snipes from two locations and each returned the same result.
We are fully transparent here, so our honest answer is that somehow, the lead time on the bids you mentioned was set to zero (0). Since we don't have that setting, we have no idea how this happened. Whatever the issue was, it seemed to have corrected itself.

Did you use the Slam-It toolbar to place those bids, by chance?
