i WOULD LIKE TO BE PAID BACK FOR THE UPPER 3 ITEMS. tHE FIRST ONE did not bid for me, it was NOT working! I bid MYSELF in the last 3 seconds when I watched for it to bid, it did NOT and you took my money making me think you bid slammer did. 2nd, your site will not store my passwords. I trie 3 times and it is still 2 characters short. I am thinking it probably did not bid on another item as well but states I bid too low.

I just credited you. Yes, I did happen to be monitoring and saw that we can't get a bid through in your account.

Can you try to update your password right now? I can check the log to see what's going on. Are you receiving the green "Success" message after you submit your password?

One thing to add. You can make sure that the bids are going through by hovering your mouse over the Status indicator.

I put in a new password that has less characters, push update, it says success. When I look at it, it looks like the old password still as I can count the dots it shows(or updates)???? Also, it still bids for me or states too low. If it messes up and I report it, it says it does not have a corrct ebay address????VERY STRANGE!!!

Generally, that means the wrong eBay password is being entered.

Make sure to check the password at eBay first and be sure not to accept the auto-fill or auto-complete.
