Says I must confirm eBay password since has been 90 days. I have changed eBay password and entered it on your site and it still says cannot confirm. What's up?

Oh, I misunderstood your original question. If you are having trouble verifying your eBay password, here are the steps to resolve that particular issue.

1. Log into eBay directly to make sure you don't have a blocking dialog.

2. If that is ok, then the problem is that you've had too many unsuccessful login attempts from trying the wrong password. eBay is temporarily giving us a captcha (security) dialog, so the solution is to simply wait 12 hours for the problem goes away. Also make sure you have deleted all snipes for the next 18-24 hours.

So if you still have a problem tomorrow, please let us know and we can take the next step.

Bidslammer continues to give me the same message. I have logged out of eBay twice over last 24 hours and logged back in with no problems. Can we just set up a new bid slammer account? I had a good bit of money in this account for future use and don't want to lose it. Please let me know what to do now. Thanks, Linda

I still cannot log into bid slammer. It continues to give me same message. I emailed you on 14th but have had no response to that email. If you are unable to get me back on, can you just refund the money sitting in my account? We researched the logs and we are 100% certain that you are entering the wrong credentials. You are most likely verifying your password at the eBay site by just accepting the auto-completion. If you use the password you're trying here, it won't work.

Please confirm and let us know. :)

I signed out and went to another user's site, started from scratch with eBay, signed in with this password and it worked. I just do not understand what is happening?

You must wait 12 hours (until 9PM PST or later) to try again, because you've entered the wrong password 3 times today from our site.

As per above, one cannot use our site as a testing grounds or it can lock that person out.

I was trying my old eBay passwords to see if either of them worked. They did not.
