You've many complicated to did before snipes. This eBay item #273931532308 ended about 240 $. I was add your snipe about 279 $. So, I lose it with inferior reason. Authorization ??? I confirmed I done at first time.
If I lose by Bid to low I add under bid increment. That's acceptable.!!! No problem.
Now, I've other one item add to BidSlammer. I'd already "Refresh your Authorization." again and again.
Please look at my current snipe eBay item# 202739124629.

Your authorization is ok. We looked closer at the bid attempt, and eBay rejected the bid with a warning "TUV Error." We tried to Google that term, and also looked in eBay's documentation, but there is very little information on it.
In any case, rest assured that we did place the bids as promised. We cannot predict if a bid will be accepted. Out of the last 10,000 bids, we only saw this error a few times, so it is very rare. Unfortunately, no more information is available on that error.
