Hi I've been losing Snipes that I have had higher bids than others. Can you please explain to me why this is happening and what I can do differently. Please look at my other Snipes for more examples. I would appreciate any feedback that you can give me or if these are system glitches.

I investigated these snipes to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe. eBay accepted our submission, but returned a Captcha dialog.

Since it appears to be random, this usually means that your password contains a dictionary word or proper noun, or the password lacks variety. Or, perhaps you have not changed your eBay password in over a year.

eBay scores passwords. It is all about increasing your odds of getting a bid through. To totally bulletproof your account,

1. Please read the new password guidelines at "Step 3" at: http://bidslammer.com/help/bulletproof/

2. Update the new password in our Preferences at: https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/
