I registered and subscribed to bidslammer yesterday and for a reason I cannot figure out it did not place nine bids that I set. It did place others but just didn't even bid on nine. My snipe bid was well above what they finally went for so it was not a case of me not bidding enough. If this program doesn't execute my bids I want to cancel and get a refund. This is messed up.

Thank you for your question about the item ending in 5669. We performed a review of all of your items. It appears that right at 18:35:32 on 2019-09-08, the snipes were placed, but not before that. That time of day corresponds to the time that the authorization was approved by eBay. That suggests that there was no authorization prior to that time; there are a few reasons why that would be so.
With the auth in place, you are good to go, and should not have any problems until that authorization expires over a year from now.
