I had a snipe set up for this item to be done at 2 seconds before the item ended. My bid was $67.50 and the item sold for $61.00, but my bid was never entered. Tell me what happened. I am paying for this software to work and it did not. I am extremely disappointed.

I did not win any bid in the bid group, it did not enter my bid at all. Your software failed to function as advertised. Please find out why it did not enter my bid. As I said, I did not win any item in my bid group.

You are correct, there is no win in that group. We are not sure why. Another one of our users bid on that item but they bid lower than the cost, but that should not matter. We will investigate what we encountered when we placed the bids. We place multiple bids from different locations and each returned the same result.
