Why did I lose this bid? I tried to attach a screen shot showing that my bid was $69, however your screenshot utility is not online and I see no other way to attach it. . The item was sold to someone else for $39. It appears your software never submitted my bid. Regards, Joel

Thank you for your question about this snipe. In your Completed folder, you can click the "Log" icon and see a full account.

The log icon says we placed the snipe at 17:59:57, and the item ended at 18:00:01. The log also shows that eBay returned an error stating that the item had already ended.
