What's going on with your service and/or my account? Check my last four "losses". The high bid I'd entered was significantly higher than the actual "winning" bid, but appears not to have been entered by Bidslammer. Why not? I use this professionally, and need a bidding service that operates properly and consistently.

No response from you. It's been nearly 24 hours. And it's happened twice more since then. I "lost" the auction, but my high bid was significantly higher than the "winning" bid.

At what point will you address my issue(s)? Your lack of acknowlegement/ response to my previous two messages is concerning. The dashboard shows I've lost all recent auctions (for which my bid exceeded the "winning" bid). Actyally, I've won many of these, but the dashboard shows I've lost. Still, I should have won several recent auctions I didn't.
