I had signed up with you guys and set up a snipe for a gold ring. I set my timer to execute at 3 seconds and my bid was substantially higher than what the items bids were at prior to close. I would just like to know why I lost the snipe. When I click on the red box with the question mark it says to refesh in a couple moments to see what went wrong. I have tried to do this several times and it just continues to show the same message with no further explanation. Can you please look into this for me?
