Thank you for your question about your items. The service is working reliably as promised. We've already replied to you in regard to other items as a courtesy to you -- but we don't normally do this for free accounts.
Some sellers place a limit on purchases. Also, you are going over the free limit. I see other factors. Trust that the problem is not our service - we place thousands of snipes every day. Our job is to place snipes, with respect, not to analyze the reason every snipe missed (unless you upgrade).
