This has happened multiple times now--I have entered a snipe and then it fails to go through, and then the auction sells for lower than my snipe amount. See screenshots.
What is going on here? I have inquired about this before, and have never been given a satisfactory answer. My ebay auth is valid. I don't fall into any of the other possible reasons why my snipe would fail. At this point I'd rather just tune into auctions I really care about at the last minute and try to snipe myself, since I can't depend on your service.
I know it's a free service and all, I just really wish it would reliably work as promised. Thank you.

Thank you for your question about your items. The service is working reliably as promised. We've already replied to you in regard to other items as a courtesy to you -- but we don't normally do this for free accounts.
Some sellers place a limit on purchases. Also, you are going over the free limit. I see other factors. Trust that the problem is not our service - we place thousands of snipes every day. Our job is to place snipes, with respect, not to analyze the reason every snipe missed (unless you upgrade).
