I haven't used my account in a while. All my snipes are gone. I had a decent balance of snipes, now it says I'm in a free trial. I didn't get a notice of "changes to my account ". Please fix.

Welcome back! Our services never expire. so we researched your account. Do you have by any chance a record of your last payment, or approximate date?

No I don't. My best guess is I made a 20.00 purchase and bought it on a special. It was probably about 2yrs ago. I just didn't think that my snipes expired and expected to have about 60 of them( my purchase and balance). to see an empty account was a surprise. I looked via paypal and could not find a record available. Please figure this out and do the right thing. Thanks , Steve
