I cannot get my bidslammer to work

I see where I was charged for a year subscription on Jul 25th thereabouts .. however when I login it only lets me do 1 snipe a day and only @ 10 sec ... I paid for another monthly subscription .. if you can get my annual subscription back to working and cancel this $12 monthly .. I love your service and use it often .. I just need it to work when needed.. up until this point it has worked great

Thank you for your question about your subscription. We've researched this. You paid for a one year ago on July 25, but that expired.
You can cancel the monthly plan and then re-subscribe under the yearly plan if you prefer. Just let us know.
