had about $40 in my account where did it go ?

We are showing a purchase of $15.00 about five years ago and 16 snipes since that time. We don't have "balances" any more, as we replaced that with individual snipes and subscriptions. The remaining balance was converted to snipes and you should see that in the upper-right corner.
