I checked your Completed Snipes tab, and since there were snipe times, we know the snipes were placed. So we are ok there.
Next, I investigated our log files to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe. eBay accepted our submission, but unfortunately, it resulted in a blank page. So we cannot exactly determine the reason why.
We do place snipes very well, but for some snipes it is very difficult to determine the reason you did not win. We have limited information, so the software makes a "best guess" as to why the snipe did not go through. That is why the win status was not correct.

It is always one of the reasons on this list, even though it might not be evident at first.
