I had a huge balance a couple years ago, stopped by stuff on ebay and now wondering what happened to it.

By any chance do you have a record of your last payment to us? We are showing 2010, and want to make sure we have the correct account and eBay Userid.
If you are seeing the 3-second snipe option, then you still have premium service enabled.

I'll have to see, it could have been that far back, but I bought a package, do you show that, something like a christmas special, half price or more off

I do still have the the 3 second option, but the two snipes remaining confuses me, why am I limited, that did not used to be there.

We are showing a purchase in 2010. We show 578 snipes since that purchase. There were 3 snipes in 2017.
We converted to free service years ago. We abandoned the "balance" system around that time and converted into premium snipes at about $2 per snipe.
Your account will have premium service (3 seconds snipes, etc.) as long as the "snipes remaining" is above zero.
