Even though I have been with both eBay and Bidslammer for years, it is not authenticating and making it seem like I’m an unauthorized access.

1) Try again.
Authorization can time out quickly. A second attempt often works.

2) Try a different browser.
Some browsers have stricter security settings that can block the process.

3) Check any ad blocker.
If you use one, whitelist our site or temporarily disable it, then try again.

Q1) What happens when you try to authorize?
Do you get redirected to eBay? Do you see the eBay authorize button?

Q2) Where does it fail?
Do you see an error on our site, or on eBay’s site?

Q3) Are you using an ad blocker?
If yes, did disabling it for our site change anything?

Q4) Does it happen in more than one browser?
