My import watchlist is just loading, but nothings coming out

Is that the authorization with ebay? Already logged in, If thats the one, says valid till may 2024.
But import list still not working

To be sure, please run through the auth process again. We can't detect if it is outdated, e.g., if you change your eBay password.

Nothing was changed. Last used it 3 -4 days ago.

The program to grab the Watch List takes a very long time, then produces an invalid file. I will need to perform further debug to see why the file is not valid. May I ask how many items you have in the Watch List?

Hmm.. I looked at this in detail. For some reason, if I ask eBay for your Watch List, it times out (hangs). If I just ask for 1 item, it still hangs. Then I substitute my own ID and it loads fine. But any other calls work fine in your account also.
I haven't seen this before. It is definitely a problem on the eBay side so I can't think of anything else we can try. Perhaps if you deleted some of all of the ended items?

Yes, you are the only person, but I don't think you're doing anything to cause it. I have never seen a call hang like that. All of your other calls are working because snipes are being placed ok.
A new account wouldn't change anything because eBay would just give us the same ID string for you.
When did this start to happen? Try to think of anything that changed in your eBay account that may have caused this.

I only noticed it this week. It was working fine last week. Per my record, i actually won a bid 7 days ago.
Didnt change anything to ebay account last 6 months.
What else can we do?

I have no way of knowing since it's not on our end, but just a wild guess, it might have something to do with the country. Perhaps if you deleted the Japan items?
I know this isn't convenient, but you could
1. Delete half the items
2. Test it
3. If it doesn't work, go to Step 1.
If you still have 1 item in the List and it doesn't import, that would be very odd.

Hey, I got it to work by telling it to reduce the amount of information sent. Please try it now.

p.s. So this means that one of the items on your list has a massive description. That's the issue, I think.
