Good afternoon,
I am unable to use the Watching tab. As soon as try to click on it, it immediately goes to the Complete tab. Due to this, I am unable to set up pricing and execute any snipes/auctions. Can you please let me know how to best proceed?

Good morning,
I am still not able to access the watching tab as it immediately goes to the completed tab when I try. Unfortunately, I have not been able to place snipes for 3 days now and it's becoming a major issue. I know others are having similar issues as I lead an eBay sellers group of which at least 75 of the sellers use your program. They too are getting frustrated with the challenges.
Is this a universal challenge or one-off's some users are having? Any support in helping get addressed would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reports. We were monitoring and acting ASAP. This is fixed. It was difficult to reproduce and I regret not being able to respond with a solution right away.
If it is any consolation, thanks to feedback from you and others, the import will be improved to fetch more than 200.
If you see anything else please let me know and we'll jump on it asap!
Feedback like yours is immensely helpful and what drives the new features, basically.
Please let me know if that solves the issue. If not, please describe what you see, and then we can take the next step.

Thanks so much for your reply. I just took a look and I am now able to access the watching tab and import the watch list. Perfect.

If you will pardon a moment of vanity... I've yet to hear any feedback on the bid-history charts. It's surely an exclusive feature, yet no one has commented. I presume it's because it works well... but I'd love to get some feedback.
I love the charts because I can see if there is a proxy bid lurking, as the line goes in reverse.
I am particularly interested in features that collectors want, such as comics, stamps, coins.

Hello - I’m sorry to be a pest. A quick note that I had a snipe set for an item and it appears the snipe did not go through. The item was set at a starting price of $49 and I entered a high price of $62.87. The item closed out without selling as no bids went through. I have a few other snipes set up today. Hopefully they’ll go through.
Also - I will ask the group about charts. Unfortunately, I’m not a big user of the data charts, but I do know of a few that do utilize them. I’ll let you know.

If you mean item 355638310902, the error says hard block, meaning the seller blocked you. We aren't told the reason why.
