My bid was for 33.03. Shows as blue in my completed tab (now archived); not sure what that is supposed to mean. No snipe times listed; not sure what that means. Authorization with eBay shows as valid and no issues with my configuration that I can tell. Did the bid just not get placed or is there something else going on? Thanks!

Thank you for your question about this snipe. That day, our ISP had a connectivity problem that affected the database. We thought we'd give their managed databases a try, but we're unhappy with the service and switching back to our old reliable setup. We regret any inconvenience this caused, but rest assured it won't happen again.
