I used bidslammer to bid on these shoes and put $27.51 and still lost at $27, I updated my max bid yesterday to $33.56 and clearly it did take the edit so I lost using your service that don’t work my very first time???

Thank you for your question about this item. Your "Completed" tab shows the reason why you didn't win: You did not meet the minimum bid increment.
It seems that when you tried to update the snipe, it was after the auction closed already.
