Im a bit confused as to how this works - For some reason my ebay username is displaying in bidslammer as tybanc_29, but my actual ebay username is tylerbancroft. How come I can't link to my actual account?

Thank you for your question about which eBay account you are using. You definitely signed up with the other account. Apparently you created a new account and signed in with that one, based on the fact that your snipes return the error "upgrade required."
