I just set this up few days ago, folled step by step logged in my ebay, but it appears a new ebay user id was created & so the item i won is not in my purchases. & the ID (Davidwall-1) is not an actual ebay account so i cant login to it either. Please help to fix to my actual ebay user id... thanks so much.

Thank you for your question. davidwall-1 is the userid eBay gave to us when you joined. It is a valid id. The item you mentioned is on your Completed tab on your main snipe page.
