We always respond to your tickets, but never receive a follow-up. When you submitted your ticket, we sent you a confirmation by email with a link to the ticket. Please use that link from now on.
We do not double-bill customers. As we've explained in all of your other tickets, you changed your eBay ID, and then signed up for the service again under that new ID. Then you paid us again under that new account.
We have no idea why you did this, or why you would blame us for it, but in any case, we refunded the account and canceled the other subscription as you requested.
