URGENT I have two Accounts and need to close one

I'm not sure how this happened but I need to keep the account of LumisNumis that is paid for the year.
The other account that is being billed by the month kbrooks459 can be closed.
I have tried to make the changes but the LumisNumis UID will not email me at [edited].
Please advise. I mentioned this problem to support sometime back and it never got resolved. I keep getting double billed. Thank you -Kevin Brooks

Thank you for your question about combining two accounts. It appears that our system detected your new eBay ID and assigned it to your account. It's the same account, but with the userID updated.
You should be able to log in at https://bidslammer.com/login with your new eBay ID and usual password. It should appear exactly the same as before ... since it's the same account.
Are you able to do this? If not, let us know, and we can take the next step.

We always respond to your tickets, but never receive a follow-up. When you submitted your ticket, we sent you a confirmation by email with a link to the ticket. Please use that link from now on.
We do not double-bill customers. As we've explained in all of your other tickets, you changed your eBay ID, and then signed up for the service again under that new ID. Then you paid us again under that new account.
We have no idea why you did this, or why you would blame us for it, but in any case, we refunded the account and canceled the other subscription as you requested.
