Upgrading

Hi,
I contacted you on 23/12/2022 regarding upgrading my subscription (ticket no.95-F28F). I wanted to upgrade at the time but the upgrade link would not work, I tried numerous times to make it work and upgrade - hence why I contacted you.
I never received a response (I have checked my emails thoroughly) - I can see now that the upgrade link is now working again but it seems that the year upgrade price is now $60. This is really frustrating because, had the upgrade link worked a few weeks ago, I would have purchased the upgrade for a lot less - I can't remember for sure but I believe it was $25 for the year due to there being a special discount for your anniversary? Yet it was impossible at the time to make the link work and there was no other way to upgrade as far as I was aware.
I'd still like to upgrade my service as Bidslammer is great but I feel hard done by if I was to pay the full $60 price when I would have only paid half of this on the 23/12/2022 had your system been working.

Thank you for your question about upgrading. We did respond to your post; you can substitute the ticket number in the URL and get to it.
You should see the upgrade offer now. The price is valid until canceled.

By the way, whilst I am speaking to you, I have a suggestion for a feature you may be able to add. Although Bidslammer helps me win numerous auctions, I also get out-bid several times as well, quite often by the barest of margins. Now you may know many people place winning bids but don’t honour and do not pay, so what I do is message the seller (if I am the next highest bidder) and tell them to let me know if the winning bidder doesn’t pay. Sometimes it I’m lucky the seller will tell me there is a non payer and I will win the shirt anyway! Messaging them manually though is time consuming, I was wondering if it was possible to add a feature where Bidslammer automatically sends a seller a template message when a snipe is out-bid, just to tell them to let me know if the winning bidder doesn’t pay. This would be great if possible, I think a lot of people would pay a subscription for this feature as well.

It's a good idea, although I don't think you would want to send email to_all_ of your sellers? You would need a way to pick and choose.
We could add a button that toggles (turns on & off) an end-of-auction email. We can also send that through the eBay system so that it is tracked.
Would you send me some sample text as to what that email would say? And yes, the closing price, bid amount, etc. are all available to include in the email.
