I upgraded my subscription a couple of weeks ago to 5 unlimited snipes. However, this upgrade has disappeared. Can you please tell me why this is the case?

Thank you for your question about your subscription. You purchased 5 premium snipes and those were used.
There is no "5 unlimited" plan, as that would be a contradicting term (5 vs. unlimited).
