Thank you for three month Premium gift. I want to pay for the Premium, but as I have mentioned last October I can pay only by credit card. According to your 13th October reply, I kindly ask you about the credit card payment option. Your service is very important for me! Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your question about renewing. We had to take down the credit card option temporarily. So we just extended your subscription for 3 months free. When it expires, please inquire again and we can set you up on credit card.

Thank you for the reminder. In fact, we did update the software for that, plus a lot of other features we hope to launch early next week. I extended your service another month.
If you would not mind, let us know if you see any inconvenient issues with the new release. One of those things, of course, is the credit card payment. :)

If, when you see the new release, I'd appreciate if you could reply to let me know if it was successful. If not we can troubleshoot it immediately since we'll be monitoring feedback very closely.

Dear Bidslammer Support,

Thank you for the new version of your service! I cannot see my profile status, but I can order 1 second snipes. Yesterday I have ordered the bid on 1 second before ending, and now I can see this bid in Completed history.

The problem is, my bid was 116$, but the final price was 87$ and I have not won this listing and I cannot see the bid from my account in this eBay listing. Tell me please why my bid is absent if I have ordered it via Bidslammer? I can send any screenshot from my account and bids history if you ask.

Since the Bidslammer version renewal i cannot see my account status and if Premium expired or not

I can choose 1 second before listing ends bid option, but may be it don’t function if my Premium expires. It’s my suggestion

Today I have tried to pay $50 for 6000 points, but after entering card details website shows me 404 “Cannot seem to find the page…”

I need my profile working very much because yesterday I have list the important listing and today another one. I’m very upset and need your help

The same situation is in Chrome browser in macOS. As I mentioned earlier, I cannot pay via PayPal because it does not accept my credit card
