Upgrade not showing

Hi - I bought an upgrade several months ago, but my Slam-It! widget still tells me I need to "upgrade to enable all options" when I try to reduce the lead time to anything less than 10 seconds. I have the email receipt, which I can forward (transaction ID: 21N08854AK267382C). Can you help a brother out? Thx - john

Hello John,

Thank you for your question about your payment. I do show 5000 points purchased on 4/19. On that day there were issues with recording PayPal notifications.

Since this was our fault, I added the points as if they were paid for today, fresh, so you can have the last 6 months at no cost.

If you would not mind, however, please let me know if you see your balance reducing after wins. This plan was introduced this year. If you'll be kind enough to do that I can add a little extra.
