Good day. I just (within a few days) purchased your monthly subscription for unlimited snipes on a trial basis. I find I like your software and am considering opting for the full 1-year plan. May I roll the 1 month payment into the 1 year plan as an upgrade?

Thank you for your inquiry about switching to the annual unlimited subscription. We just cancelled the subscription for you and refunded it, so you can purchase the annual subscription.
IMPORTANT: On April 3, PayPal is going to send us a cancellation notice for the one we just cancelled for you. This means we will have to re-activate it for you. We marked our calendar to remind us, but in case we forget, just open a ticket and we'll turn it back on for you.
